Shipping policy
SHIPPING CONDITIONS
I do international shipping, but some countries are excluded.
Shipments to Spain and Portugal:
Will be made through a courier company. For shipments to the Canary Islands, the shipping method will be through certified postal mail.
Shipments to rest of the world:
The clothes will be sent through registered mail and the dolls through the courier company.
In the purchases of dolls to any destination the shipping costs are free.
Orders will be processed and shipped within one or two business days.
Whenever you place an order at littlelemon.net we will inform you by email of when we have proceeded with the shipment. In addition, we will monitor delivery and contact you if there is a problem.
ORDERS NOT DELIVERED
If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for the shipping costs will not be refunded, again having to pay other shipping costs for the return of the merchandise.
RESPONSIBILITY IN THE DEADLINES AND CARRIER
The delivery times are approximate, they cannot be taken as a safe guarantee, although generally, in 90% of the orders we fulfill them. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send the package, but always maintaining transit times.
Our liability is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather events that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air, ...).
CUSTOMS FEES
In case the package has some type of tax at the customs of the destination country, it must be paid by the buyer because it's a tax from their country.
RETURN POLICY
Within the fifteen days following the receipt of your order, you can return it assuming the amount of the return costs.
Obviously we can accept product returns as long as you return the order with all its products, with its original packaging, with all its accessories and in perfect condition.
We will not be able to accept returns of products that do not come in their original packaging, unless they are defective due to some type of damage during shipping.
If you have received a wrong product shipment (we apologize in advance) we will bear the cost of returning the product and shipping the new product as soon as possible.
Instructions for returning a product: To return a product contact us, with the order information, your identification, reasons for the return and a photo of the product as it arrived in the event of being defective. We will reply to you as soon as possible.
If all the requirements are met, once we receive the returned product or order, we will pay the total amount of the order or send a new one, according to what you choose. The shipping of the returned products must be done using the same littlelemon.net box that we have sent you, or in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.
